Cancellation Policy

1. Fees, Cancellation, and Refund Policy 1.1. Consulting Fees – Fees for consulting services are charged as agreed upon before the session. 1.2. Cancellation and Refund Policy • If a client cancels a consultation with at least 24 hours’ notice, a full refund may be issued. • If AT Immigration Services cancels a consultation for any reason, the client will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. • No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and/or without prior approval of AT Immigration Services will not be eligible for a refund. • No refunds will be issued once the first session has been completed. Cancellations of the succeeding sessions will result in forfeiture of those sessions. • Fees paid for completed consultations are non-refundable. • Fees paid for digital files/products are non-refundable. 1.3. No Additional Services – Our fees cover only consulting services and do not include application fees, government charges, or any third-party costs.
